Fratelli e sorelle, un fraterno saluto di Pace e Bene! incoraggiati dal Cantico delle Creature di S. Francesco d’Assisi e dall’enciclica Laudato Si’, desideriamo condividere con voi il cammino dell’impegno che abbiamo assunto come fraternità di San Antonio di Padova a Tlaxcala, in Messico.
Fase 1: Cura della Casa Comune
La nostra fraternità insieme al Centro Scolastico Aparicio ha dato inizio alla riforestazione urbana in parrocchia, piantando pini bianchi e alberi da frutto (prugna, pesca, mela rossa e verde e limone). È stato il primo passo verso una maggiore consapevolezza per la cura della nostra casa comune.
Fase 2: Conversione Ecologica
La nostra fraternità e il Centro Scolastico Aparicio hanno dato vita ai giardini pensili, con l’intento di rispettare, amare e sentirsi parte della creazione. “Ti rendiamo grazie, Dio Padre, per averci donato la ragione e il cuore per fermarci ad ascoltare le bellezze della creazione e goderle con i nostri occhi”.
Fase 3: Rivoluzione Laudato Si’
Per i giovani e per la nostra fraternità l’orto parrocchiale si dimostrando un’iniziativa importante perché ci permette di fare esperienza della presenza di Dio Creatore attraverso nostra sorella, la Madre Terra, che ci sostiene e ci governa, e produce diversi frutti, con fiori colorati ed erba.
